How long have you been in the construction, home building and renovation business?

Wexford has been building and renovating homes and commercial properties for over 15 years, and Jeff and Francis have a total of 40 years combined experience in the field.

Are you a licensed contractor?

Yes.  Our licensing and certification will be made available for you upon consultation.

How many staff members do you have?

Wexford has 4 in-house staff and about 10 regular, trusted subcontractors.  We only work with the best, most highly-skilled experts on every job.

How long have you worked with your building/renovation subcontractors?

We have a skilled team of plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, framers, masons, and flooring technicians that we’ve worked with for over 15 years.  We have built a strong relationship with these subcontractors and are confident that they reflect the Wexford values.

What types of construction and renovation projects do you specialize in?

Our projects are primarily addition and renovation combinations, but we are certainly willing to discuss any of your renovation plans.

Who will be assigned as project supervisor for the job?

Jeff Glaser is our primary project manager.  Both Jeff and Francis, our President, are regularly at the job site, and are available to address your questions and concerns effectively and efficiently.

How many projects do you manage at a time?

We prefer to manage a maximum of 5 projects at a time to ensure that we are dedicating the necessary time and attention to each project that we commit to.  Our focus is to maintain clear communication with you, the homeowner, and make your renovation dreams a reality.

What are the smallest/largest projects you typically work on?

We plan for projects on an individual basis.  We will meet your home renovation needs, whether it is a small powder room or a complete knock-down/rebuild project of your home.

Does Wexford do commercial construction and/or renovation projects?

Yes, we support both residential and commercial construction and renovation projects.
