Modern Elegant Home Transformation

This newer-modern beachy-style home was in need of a new back living area along with some architectural details to add visual interest, balance and beauty.

The entire existing deck structure was demolished and replaced with a new Trex™ deck and railing, making it a largely maintenance-free exterior space.   Columns surround a new door with a beautiful arched roofline holding a beautiful light fixture.  New windows were installed with surrounding paneled woodwork, bringing this light and airy transformation to life.
