Ranch home transformation

The renovation planned for this sweet ranch-style home was an addition to the back of the home, with a new deck for outdoor living.

The existing footprint of the home remained relatively stable, and a bump-out addition was added expanding the family room inside and creating a lovely space for an outdoor deck.  Twin french doors replaced the single exterior back door, and new windows brightened up the interior spaces.

A fieldstone base brought visual interest and a country feel to this modern ranch expansion.  Craftsman-style mullions framed out the new windows adding character touches.

Finally, a new back walkway and landscaping complemented the new facade of this renovation.
