Split-Level Total Transformation
This project was a renovation to expand an existing split-level style home and dramatically change both the interior and exterior spaces to increase the living space and modify the style to a more modern style with strong architectural details.
On the front of the home, dormers were added to the front left side with beautiful arched windows trimmed out with classic woodwork.
Beginning with the front door and to the right, an entire upper level was created, with a beautiful new front door surrounded and covered by a curved roof and supporting columns. All new windows were installed, with beautiful architectural details to create a stunning visual.
The chimney was extended and faced with beautiful fieldstone.
On the back of the home, a beautiful extension was added and trimmed out in white paneled woodwork, and the existing brick-paver patio was removed and replaced by a whole new back porch, completing the back exterior living space.
The renovation created a refreshingly modern, yet comfortably classic look to this traditional home.
